1. BDLab reserves the right determine whether a user should be charged as CPCE User, Collaborators or External User.

2. Users of current CPCE staff and students with a valid CPCE NETID is regarded as “CPCE Users”.

3. Users from other UGC-funded tertiary institutions and users form companies with ongoing collaborative projects with principal investigators at CPCE is regarded as “Collaborators”.

4. Users from commercial companies without ongoing collaborators with CPCE is regarded as “External Users”.

5. All charging rates are subject to change without prior notice. Users should refer to the latest version of this charging scheme, which is available on CPCE webpage ( https://bdl.cpce-polyu.edu.hk/).

6. Charging model will be reviewed yearly.

Assume a user has 200GB storage quota and using the 5,000 HKD free quota, a user can use the resources in the following manner.
