RCGB Research Seminar: Investigating Hong Kong Through Green Tourism

On 21 February 2025, the Research Centre for Green Business (RCGB) of PolyU SPEED hosted a seminar featuring Prof. John Ap, an internationally renowned scholar listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in Sport, Leisure and Tourism by Stanford University. Prof. Ap delivered a presentation titled “Green Tourism and Carbon Reduction in Hong Kong: Past, Present & Future Prospects”. Dr Chammy Lau, Senior Lecturer at the Division of Business and Hospitality Management, also shared her insights through her talk on “Island Dynamics: A Case of Island Tourism in Hong Kong”. The event provided a valuable platform for academic exchange, promoting fruitful discussions on green tourism and sustainable practices.
