Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures covering a wide range of areas such as appointment, benefits and compensation, job performance review, employee relations, outside activities, appeals and grievance etc. with continuously reviews in connection with the development in the labour market.
Provide administrative support to concurrent appointment, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, termination of appointment etc. for effective utilization of human resources.
Personnel Records Administration
Develop and maintain effective human resources management information systems, verify and collect personnel documents for accurate and complete personnel records.
