Notification of Service Interruption – Single Sign On Service

Description Due to the unstable situation on the Single Sign On server, the Single Sign On service was interrupted during the affected period.
Affected Period: From: 7:50PM, 17 Oct 2016(Monday) To: 8:55PM, 17 Oct 2016(Monday)
System(s) affected: The following systems were affected:
  • CPCE Portal
  • CPCE Staff Outlook Web Access
  • CPCE Moodle E-learning system
  • Poll Everywhere
  • Veriguide
  • CPCE Library my.Record
  • CPCE Library e-Resources
Remarks: The Single Sign On service was resumed and ITU will investigate the root cause of the incident.
