Notification of Service Interruption – Missing Courses or Unable to Access Moodle

Description	Due to file transfer error by PolyU ITS, some users reported they are unable to login Moodle or cannot find course information after login Moodle.
Affected Period:	From: 3:00 am, 29 October 2017 (Sun) To: 12:40 pm, 29 October 2017 (Sun)
Impact to User:	User and course data have been recovered by ITU, PolyU ITS is investigating the root cause of the incident.
