Hiring and collection of academic gowns: 1. Visit website of Victoria Uniform to order your academic gowns online. 2. Collect academic gowns at outlets of Victoria Uniform from 22 September to 6 November 2023. |
| 5 October 2023 | Admission ticket(s) to be sent to graduates who have confirmed their attendance to the graduation ceremony by mail. |
| 15 & 16 October 2023 | Joint Graduation Ceremony |
| September – December 2023 | Collection of award parchments |
| December 2023 | Graduation photo and video album available online and graduates will be notified via email |
