19 BHM Students Visit W Hotel

19 HKCC’s and PolyU SPEED’s BHM students paid a visit to W Hotel Hong Kong, a luxury boutique hotel located at West Kowloon, on 26 April 2023.
During the visit, the students learned more about the daily operations of a 5-star hotel and how to enhance guests’ service experiences.
