CPCE Outstanding Teaching/ Service Performance/ Achievement Awards 2014/15

We have much pleasure in announcing that the following academic staff, who have demonstrated excellence and commitment in their teaching, are to receive the “CPCE Outstanding Teaching Performance/Achievement Award 2014/15”:

• Dr Pimtong Tavitiyaman, Lecturer, SPEED
• Dr Esther Tong, Principal Lecturer, HKCC
• Dr Helen Wong, Senior Lecturer, HKCC

Dr Esther Tong will also be awarded the CPCE Dean’s Award for Outstanding Teaching Performance/ Achievement 2014/15.

The “CPCE Outstanding Service Performance/ Achievement Award 2014/15” will be presented to the following staff members, who have contributed outstanding service to CPCE:

• Dr Jason Chan, Head of Information Technology, CPCE 
• Ms Doris Ng, School Secretary, SPEED 
• Dr Joseph So, Head of Student Affairs, CPCE & Senior Lecturer, HKCC

Dr Jason Chan will also be awarded the CPCE Dean’s Award for Outstanding Service Performance/ Achievement 2014/15.

The Teaching and Service awards were introduced to motivate staff to excel in their teaching/ service performance and to give recognition to staff with distinguished achievements. The selection of the awardees was made by the Selection Panels for the respective awards, following a careful review of the submissions from the nominees.

The CPCE Outstanding Teaching/ Service Performance/ Achievement Awards will be open for nomination every two years. For details of the two Awards, please click here.
