  • Means-tested Financial Assistance
    Local full-time students may apply for the means-tested Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) offered by the HKSAR government. They may also apply for the Student Travel Subsidy Scheme under the FASP. For details about the FASP, please visit the Student Finance Office website - FASP.
  • Non-means-tested Financial Assistance
    Local full-time students may apply for the Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) while part-time students may apply for the Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) offered by the HKSAR government.   • Continuing Education Fund
    Some subjects which form part of a programme have been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Please visit the CEF website for details.
  • Student Travel Subsidy for Post-secondary Students
    The Student Travel Subsidy (STS) for Tertiary or Post-secondary Students provides travel subsidy to needy students attending a full-time day course up to first degree level in an acceptable institution, residing beyond 10 minutes walking distance from school and require to use public transport for travelling to school.
