Call for Papers

Submission deadline: 30 June 2026, 5:30 p.m. (HKT)

The conference dedicates to exploring how Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) can be harnessed in marketing, human resource management, and supply chain management amid the rapid integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into today’s organisational practices. Keynote speeches and parallel sessions will be organised to extend the discussion and provide insights for business transformation. Setting against this background, the Organising Committee of the Conference invites you to submit papers covering the fields of (but not limited to):

- Human Resource Management
- Marketing
- Supply Chain Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Tourism and Hospitality

- Other business-related areas

Paper Submission Details

Please submit an abstract of 350 to 500 words, author information and 3-5 keywords by 30 June 2026. Abstracts submitted to this Conference must be original. The criteria for selection are: the clarity of the topic or project, its relevance to the associated themes, and its contribution to enhancing our understanding of the subject matter. Upon submission, all abstracts will undergo a rigorous review process by the Organising Committee. Accepted abstracts will be notified within three weeks after the submission and will be scheduled for presentation at the Conference.

The accepted author will prepare a 15-minute PowerPoint deck and present it in English in person at the Conference. The parallel session provides an opportunity to share work and receive constructive feedback. Its open discussion with experienced researchers and fellows fosters networking, research in similar fields, and knowledge dissemination. The Best Paper Award will be presented to recognise excellence in original research and the overall quality of papers presented at the Conference.
