Opening Hours	Monday to Friday	8:30 am – 5:30 pm* The opening hours of the Service Counter during Weeks 1-2 of Semesters One and Two; and Week 1 of Summer Term will be extended to 7:15 pm. * If the Service Counter is closed, students may put their documents in the collection boxes. For the PolyU West Kowloon Campus, the collection box is located next to the glass door of the Service Counter. For the PolyU Hung Hom Bay Campus, the collection box is located on UG/F at the Service Counter, near Lecture Theatre UG06. The staff concerned will follow up with the matter in a timely manner.
