  • Means-tested Financial Assistance
    Local full-time students may apply for the means-tested Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) offered by the HKSAR government.   • Non-means-tested Financial Assistance
    Local full-time students may apply for the Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) while part-time students may apply for the Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) offered by the HKSAR government.   • Continuing Education Fund
    Some subjects which form part of a programme have been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Please visit the CEF website for details.
  • Student Travel Subsidy for Post-secondary Students
    The Student Travel Subsidy (STS) for Tertiary or Post-secondary Students provides travel subsidy to needy students attending a full-time day course up to first degree level in an acceptable institution, residing beyond 10 minutes walking distance from school and require to use public transport for travelling to school.
