The services of the CPCE Human Resources Office are classified into the following five main categories:
Staff Recruitment
Review manpower needs, execute recruitment strategies and procedures to recruit quality academic and non-academic staff for the College.
Salaries and Benefits Administration
Formulate and review salaries and career structures, manage staff benefits and compensation schemes such as leave, medical and dental benefit schemes, employee assistance programmes which contribute to the well-being of the workforce.
Human Resources Policies and Procedures
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures covering a wide range of areas such as appointment, benefits and compensation, job performance review, employee relations, outside activities, appeals and grievances etc. with continuously reviews in connection with the development in the labour market.
Appointment
Provide administrative support to concurrent appointment, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, termination of appointment etc. for effective utilization of human resources.
Personnel Records Administration
Develop and maintain effective human resources management information systems, verify and collect personnel documents for accurate and complete personnel records.
