| 1 - 18 September 2026 | Invitation to graduation ceremony. Eligible graduates to register for attending the graduation ceremony via Attendance Registration. Late registration request for attending the ceremony will not be entertained. A nil response by the registration deadline will be taken as an indication of non-attendance. |
| 22 September 2026 | Release of confirmed sessional arrangements of graduation ceremony. See tentative schedule. |
| 5 October - 15 November 2026 (both dates inclusive) | Access period of PolyU Main Campus If you and your guests have e-tickets for the graduation ceremony, the QR code on each e-ticket can be used for entry to the PolyU Campus as well as admission to the event venue (i.e. Jockey Club Auditorium - JCA) on the graduation day. If you and your guests wish to access PolyU for photo-taking on days other than the graduation ceremony, please complete the online registration for yourself and your guests in advance via the Campus Access Registration System for On-Campus Photo-Taking. |
| 21 September - 13 November 2026 | Hiring and collection of academic gowns Information on academic gown rental and collection will be released on 4 September 2026 (Friday). |
| 14 October 2026 | E-tickets for you and your guests (if any) will be sent directly to your personal email account by the e-ticketing agent POPTICKET (cs@popticket.hk) if you have opted for in-person attendance. Please remember to check your junk or spam mail folder in case the tickets do not appear in your inbox. Attendees may present the ticket with a mobile phone/ device or print the ticket on an A4 paper for entering the PolyU Campus and the event venue (i.e. JCA) on the graduation day.
