The College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) is a self-financing arm of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), one of the top 100 universities worldwide.
PolyU CPCE, the largest provider of full-time tertiary education in Hong Kong, oversees the operations of Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) which offers associate degree and higher diploma programmes and the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) which offers articulation honours degree programmes. The student population totalled around 12,000 in 2022/23.
PolyU CPCE aspires to be a leading self-financing tertiary institution in Hong Kong, offering a flexible "2+2" articulation pathway via PolyU HKCC and PolyU SPEED for students to obtain a degree awarded by PolyU.
