Experiencing Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival

To help students keep abreast of industry trends and understand the key elements behind the successful delivery of large-scale events in Hong Kong, students from PolyU SPEED’s BBA (Hons) in Convention and Event Management and BBA (Hons) in Tourism Services Operations and Management programmes attended the Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival 2025 on 24 October 2025. During the visit at Central Harbourfront Event Space, Ms Augustina Kwok, Chairman (Education) of the International Live Events Association Asia Chapter, shared an overview of the festival’s design, enriching the students’ understanding of event execution, visitor engagement, and industry collaboration.
