Campus Access Registration (for On-campus Photo-taking)
To facilitate graduates and your guests to access the PolyU Main Campus during the graduation period, please note the following arrangements on campus access:
PolyU Main Campus
Campus Access Period: 5 October – 15 November 2026 (both dates inclusive)
- Access with e-Ticket: Graduates and guests with valid e-tickets for the graduation ceremony can use the QR code on their e-ticket to enter both the PolyU Campus and graduation venue (i.e. Jockey Club Auditorium) on the graduation day (i.e. 24, 25 or 26 October 2026).
- Access with PolyU Alumni eCard: Graduates with this card can sign in to the Alumni Portal and present the one-day QR code for entry to the PolyU Campus.
- Access without e-Ticket/ PolyU Alumni eCard: Graduates without e-ticket or eCard, and wish to bring guests to the PolyU Campus for photo-taking, are required to register themselves and their guests via the Campus Access Registration System. Upon registration, the graduate will receive a notification email in your personal email address and each registered visitor will receive a QR code for campus access via email instantly. The QR code for each individual visitor allows multiple entries to the PolyU Campus for the registered access date.
- Visitor Entry Quota: Each graduate is entitled to a maximum of 50 visitor entry quotas to enter the PolyU Campus. The 50 quotas can be used for visits on the same date or on different dates.
- Walk-in requests will not be entertained.
- The carpark is currently open for use by those with valid PolyU parking permits only. Graduates and your guests are suggested to commute by public transport.
