Division of Languages and Communication Delegation Visits Wuhan for Academic Exchange and Programme Promotion

A delegation from the Division of Languages and Communication (LC) of PolyU CPCE was invited by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education to conduct a series of visits and programme promotion activities at local universities and high schools in Wuhan, Hubei, from 14 to 17 December 2025.

During the four-day tour, the LC delegation visited the Wuchang University of Technology, Wuhan Police Vocational College, Yichang Yingjie Senior High School, China Three Gorges University, Wuhan Donghu University, and Hubei University. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from the respective institutions on topics such as student and staff exchanges, teaching collaboration, and potential research partnerships. In addition, the delegation introduced its bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes to the universities and high schools in Wuhan. The information seminars were well-received, attracting more than 800 teachers, students and parents.

LC looks forward to organising more exchange activities with higher education institutions in Chinese mainland to broaden educational pathways for mainland students aspiring to study in Hong Kong and to strengthen the brand of PolyU SPEED in the field of further education.
