On 15 February 2025, two PolyU HKCC students taking a Korean language subject took part in a Korean Cooking Workshop organised by the Korean Cultural Center. Guided by Chef Joonwoo Choi, they learned to make crab stick kimbap and rose tteokbokki. But it wasn’t just about cooking—these students relished the chance to taste Korean fruit wine and yogurt makgeolli. After the workshop, they embraced the rich Korean culture further by donning traditional hanbok. 

The two students also shared their delightful experience afterwards with their classmates and about 120 students, offering everyone a vivid taste of the vibrant Korean culture.
