Kwok Suet, a full-time year-2 student of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Media and Communication Design (BAMCD), was selected to participate in the distinguished Health, Education Art and Tech (HEAT) Internship Program hosted by Stanford University from 23 June to 3 July 2025.

This innovative program brings together young filmmakers, animators, app and game developers from around the globe with pre-medical students to create impactful stories and digital tools promoting health and wellness. Kwok Suet’s participation marks a unique opportunity for cultural exchange, as the HEAT program is designed to bridge diverse perspectives through both virtual and in-person collaboration at Stanford, California.

Working alongside peers from varied backgrounds, Kwok Suet engaged in dynamic teamwork, sharing creative ideas, and learning different approaches to storytelling and digital development. The international atmosphere fostered by the HEAT program not only enhanced the participants’ professional skills but also broadened their cultural horizons, deepening their understanding of global perspectives in healthcare.
