On 16 April 2025, BBA (Hons) in Foodservice Management and Entrepreneurship students attended a Professional Talk by Mr Anex George, Director of Operations for Singapore and Hong Kong at Compass Group.

Mr George shared his expertise on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, innovation and foodservice operations, emphasising the use of AI and innovative practices in achieving ESG goals. His discussion shed light on industry trends and emerging opportunities, inspiring the students to embrace innovation in their future careers.
