The CPCE Employability Services Office (CESO) has received an Honourable Mention at the 2024/25 Outstanding Award for Student Integrated Service (OASIS), organised by the Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education (FSTE). The tribute acknowledges CESO’s remarkable contributions in supporting students’ holistic development, learning needs, career planning and community engagement.
OASIS was established by FSTE to celebrate excellence in student services across its member institutions. At CESO, experiential learning is regarded as the most effective pathway to career development. Through internships, industry projects, professional networking, simulation training and service learning, students build confidence, strengthen employability skills, and gain invaluable practical experience.
“These experiences are not add-ons but essential parts of the learning journey,” said Dr Macy Wong, Head of CESO. “Our services help students translate academic achievement into meaningful career outcomes—aligning personal values with professional demands, and creating lasting impact for future talent, employers and society at large.”
