Director of PolyU SPEED Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP Shares Insights at Google Cloud Education Summit Hong Kong

Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP, Director of PolyU SPEED, Associate Dean (Information and Development), and Head of Information Technology of PolyU CPCE, was invited to serve as a guest speaker at the Google Cloud Education Summit Hong Kong. His presentation, “Future‑Proofing Professional Skills (Artificial Intelligence)”, explored how artificial intelligence can transform education and workplace skills, highlighting its role in professional training and talent development.

PolyU CPCE also hosted a booth at the summit, showcasing the College’s AI‑related undergraduate and master’s degree programmes. 

The summit, themed “The Future of Learning: AI for Every Classroom,” was Hong Kong’s first‑of‑its‑kind event bringing together leaders from both K‑12 (kindergarten to secondary education) and higher education.
