On 7 June 2024, a group of 66 students from the Division of Business and Hospitality Management of PolyU CPCE attended a professional seminar titled “Disney’s Executive Sharing in Marketing and Promotion”. The seminar was delivered by Mr Jenkin Ho, Marketing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, who shared insights on the marketing strategy behind the launch of the “World of Frozen” themed land at the park in November 223. Mr Ho’s presentation covered the approach to creating exceptional guest experiences within the first and largest Frozen-themed area, as well as the tactics used to re-engage both local and international visitors. The students were highly impressed by the seminar, which provided them with invaluable industry knowledge and best practices in destination marketing and promotion.
