Dr Joseph Lau, Head of Student Affairs and Senior Lecturer at the Division of Business and Hospitality Management at PolyU CPCE, recently appeared on RTHK’s programmes “Hong Kong Connection” and “Vibrant Hong Kong”. During these interviews, Dr Lau offered insights into the current state and future prospects of the funeral industry in Hong Kong, highlighting green burial practices as a key development.
In addition, Dr Lau underscored the vital role of life and death education in fostering a deeper understanding of mortality. The Across Life and Death Expo, an initiative organised by the CPCE Student Affairs Office, was showcased as a testament to this effort.
