On 28 February 2024, students from the Associate in Business (Hospitality Management) programme were given the opportunity to explore the sophisticated and luxurious guest rooms and suites at the Rosewood Hong Kong hotel. They were able to experience various dining concepts at the hotel showcasing creativity through a contemporary interpretation of accessible gastronomy and refined beverage crafts. Additionally, the students benefited from a sharing session by Mr Sandro Brusco, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel. He provided valuable insights into potential career paths in the food and beverage field. This experience helped enhance the students' understanding of hotel operations and management through exposures to different aspects of the hospitality industry.
