The PolyU CPCE Career Fair 2026 was held on 6 and 9 March 2026 at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus, bringing together more than 100 organisations across diverse industries under the theme “All Voices, One Workforce: Navigating Generational Growth for Sustained Success”.
The programme commenced with an opening ceremony officiated by Mr Peter Leung, Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. Special guest Ms Louisa Mak inspired students by sharing her personal journey of academic and professional accomplishment, encouraging them to embrace challenges and pursue excellence with confidence.
This year’s Career Fair featured leading employers including Cathay Pacific, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Shangri-La Group, and JPMorgan Chase. Students had the opportunity to explore career pathways, internships, and employment prospects, while gaining valuable insights from career talks delivered by Gilgen Nabtesco (Hong Kong) Ltd., Sanfield (Management) Ltd., CR Construction Company Ltd., and Forvis Mazars CPA Ltd. These sessions provided attendees with practical advice and an overview of the latest industry trends, equipping them with the knowledge and skills essential for success in today’s competitive job market.
