PolyU CPCE Carnival - Your "2+2" Educational Voyage Takes Off Filled with Lunar New Year Atmosphere

The PolyU CPCE Carnival - Your "2+2" Educational Voyage Takes Off—Navigating the Future was held on 23 and 24 January 2025 at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus.

The carnival was officially launched by Prof. Peter Yuen, Dean of PolyU CPCE, Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP, Director of PolyU SPEED and Associate Dean (Information and Development) of PolyU CPCE, together with the Heads of the four Academic Divisions.

In addition to game booths like Tic Tac Toe, Basketball Machine, Whack The Duck Machine, Table Maze, the carnival also featured the "Welcoming Lunar New Year and Embracing Blessings" – Fai Chun Workshop to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year. Participants could unleash their creativity by making their own calligraphy couplets and wish cards, adding a festive atmosphere to the carnival.

Additionally, the award presentation ceremony for “SPEEDpost” PolyU SPEED 25th Anniversary Social Media Platform Post Competition was held on the second day of the carnival on 24 January. Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP, presented the awards to the winners. The champion, first runner-up, and second runner-up of each group received an Apple Store Gift Card (valued at HK$ 5,000), an Apple Watch Series 10 (valued at HK$ 3,199), and a Marshall Emberton III Bluetooth Speaker (valued at HK$ 1,499) respectively. Congratulations to all the winners!
