PolyU CPCE held a Carnival with the theme of "Airport" at the PolyU Hung Hom Bay Campus and PolyU West Kowloon Campus from 4 to 6 October 2023. The Carnival aimed at helping students adapt to their vibrant campus life quickly and mingle with lecturers.
The venue was decorated with flight information display systems and airport signage, etc. Besides, programme flyers were designed as tickets, boarding passes and passports to further enhance the travel theme, signifying that students admitted to PolyU CPCE are embarking on a 4-year journey to obtain their degrees awarded by PolyU.
During the three-day event, the College prepared snacks and beverages. The four Academic Divisions also provided a wide variety of games, activities and workshops for students, creating a lively "airport" atmosphere on campus.
During the event, lecturers also provided information about the PolyU CPCE “2+2” articulation pathway for students, allowing them to understand the advantages of "flying" from PolyU HKCC to PolyU SPEED to obtain their degrees awarded by PolyU, just like passengers taking a direct flight.
