PolyU CPCE Consultation Fair Concludes Successfully

The airport-themed PolyU CPCE Consultation Fair took place from 25 to 26 January. On the opening day, Prof. Peter Yuen, Dean of PolyU CPCE, Dr Jason Chan, MH, JP, Associate Dean (Information and Development), Division Heads of the four Academic Divisions, and other senior management dressed in pilot costumes and attended the opening ceremony. They then toured the airport-like setups across the PolyU West Kowloon Campus, particularly the flight information display systems and airport signage decorations located at the Consultation Fair venue on 2/F. They also joined games with teachers, students, and the public.

Among various games, Flight Simulation Experience, Discovering PolyU SPEED’s Five Advantages, Stick It to Your Future with PolyU, Pros Everywhere: Happy Rainbow, and Windmill Spinning were particularly popular. Many enthusiastic participants won lovely prizes, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere on campus.

Many visitors also inquired about the “2+2” articulation pathway to pursue a degree awarded by PolyU and let their dreams take off, embracing a brighter future.

This event was not only a fun-filled activity to cheer students on but also aimed to provide more information to secondary school graduates, sub-degree graduates, and working adults interested in further studies. The goal was to help them understand how the PolyU CPCE “2+2” pathway can assist them in obtaining a degree awarded by PolyU, a world top 100 university, and take their careers to new heights.
