PolyU SPEED’s Research Centre for Green Business (RCGB) hosted a public lecture titled “Advancing Green Business through Accounting and Consumer Behaviours” on 11 April 2025. The event featured insights from industry and academic experts, fostering discussion on sustainability and consumer psychology.

Mr Tiger Yung, CEO of Green Point Data Solutions, explored the opportunities and challenges in Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, while Dr Nuoya Chen, Lecturer at PolyU CPCE’s Division of Business and Hospitality Management (BHM), presented “The Lonely Mind: Unravelling Consumer Reactions to Ads of Ordinary and Extraordinary Experiences”, offering thought-provoking perspectives on how consumers engage with advertising.
