Dr Leung’s research interests primarily focuses on the fields of information systems and healthcare technology. His research topics include artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, virtual reality (VR), gerontology, cognitive health technology, and aging-related issues. His work has been published in top information systems journals such as Internet Research, Tourism Management, and Computers in Human Behavior.

Dr Cheung's research interests include academic discourse analysis informed by Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL), technology-enhanced language learning and teaching (TELLT), service-learning as experiential learning, and English-for-Academic-Purposes (EAP) practitioners’ identity and agency. These interests inform his teaching professional development (TPD) initiatives.

Dr Ho likes to apply what he learns to his hobbies. He has a special interest in performing arts, leading him to apply psychological research methods to studying street performance (aka busking) on topics such as the audience's experience of street performance and the impact of street performance on people's perception of public spaces.

Dr Cindy Chen's research and scholarly interests lie in sustainable air-conditioning technology for green buildings, including indirect evaporative cooler modeling and development, desiccant enhanced evaporative cooling system and tri-generation system for energy efficient communities.

Dr Peggy Ng works as a Senior Lecturer at College of Continuing and Education, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  Her research interests include strategic enrolment management, student satisfaction, higher education, strategic planning, pro-environmental behavior and social responsibility.  Her work has been published in academic journals, such as Online Information Review, Higher Education, Social Responsibility Journal, Asia Pacific Education Review and International Journal of Educational Management.
