The Division of Social Sciences, Humanities and Design focuses its teaching, learning, and scholarly efforts on three academic disciplines: social sciences, humanities and design.
Currently, the Division provides comprehensive academic support across a wide range of offerings, including Taught Postgraduate Programmes, 4-Year Undergraduate Programmes, Undergraduate Top-up Degree Programmes (full-time and part-time), Associate Degrees and Higher Diploma Programme.
Together these programmes offer students smooth and well-mapped articulation pathways to a PolyU-awarded honours degree in four years* — a “2+2” route or a direct 4-year entry. Graduates can also seamlessly progress to a 1-year Taught Postgraduate Programme awarded by PolyU to further advance their studies.
