Biography
Carlos Flavián (Professor of Marketing, University of Zaragoza; Spain) leads the METODO Research Lab. His research primarily focuses on human-technology interactions, spanning from internet use to Industry 4.0 technologies like generative artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, and service robots. In particular, he analyses users' perceptions, intentions, and actual behavior with new technologies, paying special attention to the lights and shadows of these interactions. Clarivate recognized him as a Highly Cited Researcher in 2023-24-25, and the Stanford University List ranked him as Spain's most impactful marketing author, placing him at 64th worldwide. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Consumer Studies, has an h-index of 88, and has nearly 50,000 citations on Google Scholar.

Biography
Current capacity building and network engagement specialist at the United Nations Environment Programme’s Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), they work at the intersection of climate innovation, partnerships, and behavior change. Since 2022, she supported developing countries in strengthening climate technology ecosystems through collaborative, demand-driven approaches. She serve as a focal point to the UNFCCC’s #AI4ClimateAction initiative at CTC. Previously, she served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the National Institute of Green Technology (2020-2022), advancing research on climate technology and finance innovation. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a research fellow in Social Marketing at Griffith University, applying behavioral science and marketing principles to drive societal change, with a focus on environmental action and sustainable development outcomes.

Herman Tse is a Leadership and the former Director of the Early Career Academics (ECA) Network at Monash Business School. I earned my PhD from the University of Queensland and hold fellowships with several prestigious bodies, including the Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and the US Center for Evidence-based Management. My research interests encompass multilevel approaches to leadership effectiveness, emotions in work relationships, and employee well-being.

Daniel Shek is an AWS GenAI/AI ML Specialist based in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in solution architecture across Asia Pacific. He helps enterprise customers build turnkey AI/ML and Generative AI applications to boost efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and reduce costs. Daniel delivers AI/GenAI strategy across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Government, Education, and Healthcare. He holds 15 AWS certifications alongside top-level credentials from Azure, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud, and an MBA from the University of Manchester.

Biography
Eric Tsui is former Associate Director of the Behaviour and Knowledge Engineering (BAKE) Research Centre and currently a Senior Project Fellow at the Educational Research Centre at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is the coordinator of the Hong Kong MIKE award and a Vice President of the Hong Kong Knowledge Management Society. A recipient of many Knowledge Management and E-Learning international awards including the Knowledge Management Award for Excellence in 2021 and the QS Wharton Reimagine Education Gold Award (Asia) in 2015, Professor Tsui was twice listed as an exemplary/outstanding academic in PolyU Annual Reports in the last 8 years.
